This is a deadstock item of the self-produced CD pressing "Adler's Appetite - Alive Ep" released in 2011 by Adler's Appetite, a band led by former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler.

The artwork is different from the CD version released the following year with four songs, and this is also a rare edition with few copies in circulation. The audio is available online, but the actual CD is very rare, so GN'R/Steven Adler fans should not miss this!
