1 scope (of a document)

1.1 This return policy (the “Policy”) applies to all products (including goods, rights, and services) on the Musique69 website (the ‘Website’), “Musique69” (the “Company”). (hereinafter referred to as “Products”. (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) on the ‘Website’ (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). 2 Cancellation after order confirmation

Please note that once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason by the customer.

3 Returns due to Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns for any reason except in the case of defective products or wrong products.

4 Returns and exchanges due to defective products or wrong products

If the product is damaged or defective, or if the type or quantity of the product is different from that ordered, we will immediately replace or return the product. In this case, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product and return the product to us at our expense.
If a replacement is in stock or can be ordered, we will replace the product. If we do not have the replacement item in stock, or if we are unable to order a replacement item, we will issue a refund.

5 Handling of campaigns (e.g., sales)

In the event that a discount or prize campaign that requires the purchase of a set or a minimum purchase amount is applied, and the return of the product does not satisfy the set or minimum purchase amount requirement, the campaign will not apply, and the Company will take measures such as deducting the amount equivalent to the campaign (discounted amount, price of the prize, etc.) from the amount refunded by the Company to the customer.
