About condition indication of used goods
More than 90% of the items in our store are new, but we do carry some rare items second-hand.
Regarding used products such as CDs, records, and goods, our store strictly judges and labels the condition of the products as follows. If you are considering purchasing an item, please refer to the condition label list below in advance.
In the unlikely event that there is a significant discrepancy between the product you received and the condition description, or if the product is defective or otherwise deemed to be the fault of our store, we will respond promptly. In that case, please contact us via the inquiry form within one week of receiving the product.
Lastly, due to the nature of second-hand products, they are often vintage items. If you are sensitive about the condition of second-hand records, we ask you to refrain from purchasing them.
