Message from Musique69's manager on the 20th anniversary of the company's founding

Hello everyone!

As the title suggests, Musique69 celebrates its 20th anniversary today. Although it is merely a numerical milestone, we still feel the weight of 20 years. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone, including our many customers who have supported us over the years, as well as our business partners and the artists we have worked with. Thank you so much!

And until 11:59 PM today, we are in the midst of our " Musique69 20th Anniversary Sale ." We welcome our regular customers, as well as first-time customers, to enjoy shopping at our store.

To continue delivering the same passion

Perhaps it's precisely because the way we enjoy music has shifted almost entirely to digital. As collectors, we feel a special value even more strongly in the tangibility and presence of physical items. The excitement of holding an item in your hands, the satisfaction of lining it up on a shelf or displaying it on a wall. Our passion to share with everyone the joy of loving music, something you can't experience digitally, will never change. That's because that is the driving force behind our store.

However, the frequent occurrence of political instability around the world is having a significant impact on our store operations.
Due to rising raw material costs, disruptions in logistics, and the continuing depreciation of the yen, import and purchasing costs have continued to rise significantly. We anticipate that there will be many situations in the future where we will be forced to make unfortunate changes to product prices and stock quantities.
Although the situation remains difficult, all of our staff are determined to make even greater efforts to overcome this difficult situation. We will continue to provide special items that can only be found here, so that we can celebrate our next 20th anniversary with a smile together. We appreciate your continued patronage.

We will continue to expand our areas of expertise

Since we started handling cassettes in bulk on a trial basis about 10 years ago, we've noticed that our specialty is increasingly centered on cassette tapes that are not generally available. We currently aim to have 300 to 400 titles in stock at all times. While we're pleased with the reaction of our enthusiastic customers, we've also been personally fond of them for a long time and have owned many of them, so we've been putting a lot of effort into our product lineup lately.

That being said, we would like to stock as many different items as possible without restricting the format, such as cassettes, CDs, and records, for unusual items, but we are sure that there are still titles that we have overlooked or not noticed due to our lack of knowledge. If you notice any titles that you would like to see, please send a request to our store. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all your requests, but we will respond to requests for items that are available for order as soon as we have a certain number of requests, so please do so!

And finally, let me introduce our store's other website. Since our founding, we have been selling Japanese indie artists, favored by the store manager, alongside our main product line of Western artists. A side note

To mark our 20th anniversary, we have followed in the footsteps of our predecessors and produced official Musique69 merchandise (raglan T-shirts and tote bags).
