A Suggestion from Us for Customers Who Wish to Place Orders from Overseas

Thank you for your interest in our products from a distant country outside of Japan.

We used to accept orders from overseas and ship internationally, but we have now completely discontinued this service. There are various reasons for this, but one of the main reasons is that the shipping costs for sending products overseas through our small shop were simply too high. They have skyrocketed to about three times what they were during the COVID era (when using Japan Post’s EMS service). Additionally, while there are quite a few customers who say they are willing to pay those costs, another reason is that it is difficult for us to handle each case individually.

We are aware that web-traffic to our store from overseas is dozens of times higher than that from within Japan. we believe this is because our store carries many items that are either already out of stock or have virtually no product information available at similar stores around the world.

However, while we are delighted by the high volume of traffic from overseas, we also feel bad that we are unable to deliver those products directly to you.

Suggestion

So, we have a suggestion for our international customers. Many of you are already doing this, and we receive proxy orders from numerous buyers, so we hope you’ll find this helpful.

If you are determined to purchase items from our store, please note that while you cannot buy directly from us, we recommend finding a Japanese buyer who can place an order on your behalf. These are known as import agents, and they can purchase items from us within Japan on your behalf.

However, since our store does not have any specific partnerships with individual buyers, we cannot recommend any particular ones; but you should be able to find many by searching online. We’ve provided this information in the hope that it will be helpful to you. We would appreciate it if you would consider this option.
