Although this item is a new product that was released recently, unlike a CD or record, it is a cassette tape, and due to the nature of the product, the O-Card, tape, and shielding are all extremely fragile items.
In particular, the "O-Card" stores cassette tapes directly in a paper sleeve case rather than in a plastic case (so named because it looks like the letter "O" when viewed from the side). The case is very susceptible to minor damage, but it is being sold as is, so please understand this before placing your order (returns and exchanges are not accepted).
