This is the "Rolling Stone 08/2021 + Hot Summer Vinyl" set, which comes with the August 2021 issue of the German edition of Rolling Stone magazine, and an exclusive 7-inch single "Hot Summer/ The Bird (Live at The Forum, Inglewood, 2011)" as a bonus.

The analog record containing Hot Summer/ The Bird (Live at The Forum, Inglewood, 2011) is extremely collectible (note that the analog record is included as a bonus and is not sold separately). In Japan, there were magazines that came with flexi discs a while back, but in the West, vinyl records are now appearing from time to time, so you can't miss them.
