This album contains six unreleased tracks that were performed at a warm-up gig before the release of Bernard Butler's 2024 solo album, Good Grief, at the small-capacity venue Green Note, which is more like a small private room than a club.

Recorded earlier this year 'Live at the Green Note' features 6 tracks recorded live over a 3 night residency at London's Green Note. Featuring 6 tracks from the 'Good Grief' album, these shows served as warm ups to the album, presented in a stripped back fashion the my current live shows.
