Although this is a new product released in recent years, unlike CDs or records, it is a cassette tape, and due to the nature of the product, everything from the O-Card, tape, and shielding is extremely fragile.
In particular, the "O-Card" stores cassette tapes directly in a paper sleeve case rather than in a plastic case (so named because it looks like the letter "O" when viewed from the side). The case is very susceptible to minor damage, but please understand that this item is being sold as is (no returns or exchanges).
