This is "The Smashing Pumpkins - Rubano Tapes Vol. 2: Exclusive Limited Edition," a compilation CD album in a paper sleeve, released exclusively through the band's label website.

This collection features recordings of rehearsals and live shows from 1988-1991 by Billy Corgan's close friend, Mike Rubano, and includes 18 tracks, some of which were performed live only once. The recordings were made using two microphones in clubs or rehearsal spaces, selected from approximately 60 master tapes. The album was mastered by mastering legend Howie Weinberg.
